About OMNI POS

OMNI POS is a point of sale and back office for businesses that sell over a counter in the Philippines: shops, cafés, restaurants, food stalls and kiosks. One system for the register, the stockroom, the team and the books.

It is built around how businesses here actually run: VAT-registered or not, Senior Citizen and PWD discounts on every other receipt, GCash and QR Ph next to cash, and an internet connection that cannot be trusted at rush hour.

What we hold ourselves to

The store never stops

Internet in the Philippines drops. The register keeps working on the device and catches up later, so a bad connection never closes the counter.

Your money goes to you

QR Ph payments run through your own PayMongo account. We never hold your sales, and we never see your card or bank details.

Your keys stay secret

Payment keys are encrypted on our servers and never sent back to any screen, not even yours.

Honest numbers

Profit means after cost of goods, fees and expenses, not sales. Reports show estimates as estimates.

A tablet, phone or computer and a browser. No hardware package, no lock-in contract: pay monthly, cancel any time.
